From RED to BLACK Achieving Health Wealth

96 million Americans have pre-diabetes. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, followed closely by cancer. As a nation, we are really far in the red, and that’s insane! Why is that? It’s because we treat our bodies like old mules, when we should be treating them like exotic luxury yachts. We continuously feed our bodies the wrong food and don’t encourage enough movement. You wouldn’t even treat your 1997 Toyota Corolla like that!

It’s time to invest in your body. I’m not talking about financial investment; I’m talking about taking the right actions for your health! Drink water, quit eating junk food. By the way, those two words perfectly define ‘fake news.’ The stuff we call junk food is no more food than the plastic roses I gave my wife on our anniversary. (just kidding I didn’t do that)

Think of your body as the ultimate investment, the one thing you can’t afford to bankrupt. Quit eating junk because it’s not real food, and start eating nutritious, wholesome food. Real talk: A Twinkie has about as much nutritional value as a cardboard box.

So, what’s the game plan? It’s time to beef up the good stuff (and yes, I do mean protein). Let’s get those muscles pumped, metabolism on turbo-charge, and turn our bodies into fat-burning Ferraris.
