Procrastination

Procrastination comes from the word procrastinate.  Procrastinate comes from the suffix “Pro” and the word……………….I will just finish this later.

I didn’t work out this week.  Why?  Because sometimes circumstances arise that will keep me from performing important tasks.  I don’t believe in making excuses, but here are the reasons I haven’t worked out in eight days.

1. My office (where I work) was infested with rats and venomous snakes.
2. A can of baked beans fell off the shelf in the pantry and landed on my right hand, then my left foot.  I have been in a wheelchair the past eight days because I couldn’t move.
3. I was stuck in the bathtub for seven days.  My big toe got caught in the bath spout (embarrassing).
4. I was super-gluing my Lego Death Star together so the kids couldn’t take it apart, and…I stuck my fingers together (the Lego Movie was awesome, by the way).
5. I had a major bout with skeletal gingivitis.  It affected every bone in my body.  I literally couldn’t do anything except lay in bed and watch the Karate Kid trilogy.

He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.  – Benjamin Franklin

What’s your excuse?  We all have 10,080 minutes each week.  Next year at this time, how much different would your life be if you spent one hour, three days per week working out?  What would happen if you spent one hour per day five days per week?  Now that’s a recipe for total body transformation!

Today is the day of opportunity.  Click here if you want to know how we can help you achieve your transformation.
