Mexican Breakfast Burrito

I like food that taste good!  If I don’t like it I won’t eat it, at least not all the time!  Some trainers have the philosophy if it taste good don’t eat it! I wish them good luck because that’s the only thing that is going to get them clients.

That being said you still have to make good choices!  You can’t eat Taco Bell and cotton candy every day and keep the buttons on your pants.  They will pop off.

Ingredients

1 tablespoons Taco Sauce Ortega Original
1/8 cups Cheddar Cheese, Mild, Shredded, Reduced Fat
2 teaspoons Taco Seasoning Mix
62 grams Low Carb High Fiber Whole Wheat Tortilla, La Tortilla
1 3/4 oz. Beef, Ground, Lean, Raw
50 grams Whole Egg

Instructions
1. Brown ground beef until completely done add 1/4 cup water and taco seasoning.
2. Remove grease and remainder of liquid in beef and add egg then scramble
3. Wet Paper towel wrap it around tortilla heat in microwave for 15 seconds
4. Add beef, and egg mixture to tortilla
5. Add cheese, taco sauce, then wrap and eat.
