Low Carb Burrito

 

This is easy to make and taste phenomenal!

Ingredients
1 oz of Tillamook cheese
2 organic free range eggs
1 Mama Lupe Tortilla

Directions

Crack egg in small bowl.  Shred 1 oz of cheese into bowl then add salt and pepper.  Now whisk egg and cheese until well mixed.  Add to a skillet, turn burner on medium heat, scramble eggs with spatula to prevent sticking until eggs are fully cooked, and right texture.  Heat tortilla, add scrambled eggs, wrap then enjoy.
