Too Much Protein?
Will protein make you make you gain weight? Will protein make you extremely muscular? Macro-nutrients are completely misunderstood and protein is probably the most misunderstood and demonized. The girl in the pic below is a client of mine she has over 200 grams of protein a day!
I am suggesting you do that? No
If you think she is too big or too muscular if you saw her in person you wouldn’t say that. That’s guaranteed. If you don’t want to look like her, don’t worry it will never happen to you. I promise. I am not saying that to be mean, I am saying that because that kind of physique won’t just sneak up on you.
