Contrary to popular belief I am not anti-supplements, I am pro supplements however I am anti substituting them for proper nutrition and exercise. You can’t eat like crap for 30 years and expect to get in shape after only following the RIGHT plan for 6 weeks. That’s what a lot of people excluding myself would like to belief but that’s not the truth.
Just for example gravity is law. It doesn’t matter if you believe in gravity or not, but if you jump of a ten story building 2.6 seconds later you will meet the asphalt. That’s truth.
But….
For some a lot of people don’t think there life is a result of what they do day in and day out. It is! Bad Decisions + Routine Negative Action + Time = Failure
Regardless what kind of circumstances you are facing in your life… you are the only one that can change it. I can’t…. your mom can’t…. the government can’t…. God can’t even do it. YOU HAVE TO DO IT! Well God can do anything….. No He can’t and won’t control the person between your two elbows. That’s your responsibility.
No one including myself is going to take the donut out of your mouth if you decide to eat one! Every thought you think is designed to take you to a destination. Think about where the thoughts you think are taking you. If you say to yourself “I am hungry… I should eat my grilled chicken salad but I want pizza…” And you keep thinking about pizza you’re going to eat pizza. Your body follows the thoughts you think the most!
If you don’t like what you are thinking “say what you want to happen in the future rather than where immediate gratification wants to take you.” For instance rather than saying “I am hungry I should eat chicken but I hate chicken, I love pizza so I am going to eat that.” Say this instead “I am eating chicken because I want six pack abs and I am going to have them!”
Some people don’t believe me…. For those of you that do… write this down and tattoo it to an area on your body that you can easily see to read. Words lead to Thoughts, Thoughts lead to Emotions, Emotions lead to Decisions, Decisions lead to Actions, Actions lead to Habits, Habits lead to Character, and Character leads to Destiny.
A lot of people want a pill to fix everything. Supplements are fine but they will never take the place of hard work and dedication.
Remember this and live by it. (Good Decisions + Routine Positive Action + Time = Success)
In the near future I will be sharing with you good supplements I trust that WORK! BUT THEY WON’T WORK UNLESS YOU DO!
