I can hear some of you now “Well I am glad I am not a smoker, glutton, or a drunkard, I didn’t bet on how much weight Rosie O’Donnell would gain this year and I don’t even like Twinkies.” Well I wish some of your perfection would have rubbed off on me before I got fat…. But it didn’t.

69% of the United States Adult Populations is overweight.

There are roughly 1,198,000 hospitalizations yearly due to coronary heart disease. The average hospital vacation cost $43,941. The average heart attack cost $52,022 just in hospital bills. Personal training is expensive…. $50 to $500 dollars for a one hour session. When I was 23 years old I spent a lot of money and I hired one of the best trainers in the world (Mike Rubbottom look him up)! The self discipline and education he instilled in me was worth more than all the money I spent on college. The time I saved from trial and error is completely irreplaceable. Plus as you see I developed the body of Burt Reynolds and that’s worth slightly more than the $34,375 his red nylon Bandit jacket went for in a recent auction. By the way, Smokey And The Bandit was recently scientifically proven to be the best movie of all time.

I have a TV in every room in my house! Do I need 5 TV’s? NO! I didn’t buy them because I needed them I bought them because I wanted them. As a nation we are privileged enough to buy things we want more than we THINGS WE NEED.

I have no doubt you have the money to hire me… no doubt… but do you value yourself enough to spend the money to change?
A fully harvested human body on the black market is worth $45 million dollars. Bill Gates jet (Bombardier BD-700) is worth $45 million. Do you think he values that jet more than you value your body?

There is a difference between price and cost…..

The price of a personalized workout plan made specifically for you prepared by me is $99.00 a month.
A heart attack could cost you $52,022 and your life.
The time you waste getting no results is beyond calculable in appraisable value.
