Wednesday’s Words of Wisdom with Sara Jansen
I really can’t say enough good things about this client! She gets the job done, her meticulous attention to every detail is something I admire. If I told her she needed to climb mount Everest to find and eat the fresh yolk of Eagles egg she would do it. She has done my lifestyle program and my competitor program, and she says my lifestyle plan is easy because the food is great, but the competition prep not so much but it is doable.
To get in shape look good it’s easy, very easy…. Easy to do and easy not to do. You just have to master the mundane and trust the plan. To get on stage and compete that’s another level of leanness and dedication but if you want to do it, I believe you just like her can do it!
I asked Sara to write down a few “Words of Wisdom” tips that will help you reach your fitness goals. This is what she wrote.
“One of the best tips I can give is, to never ever give up, ever!!!! Just because you cheated one or two days doesn’t mean you’re done! Just tell yourself you’ll kick butt the next day! I’ve heard others say, myself included “great I just cheated, well I may as well give up now, I’ve already messed up.” If I actually would’ve given up, I wouldn’t have got in the best shape of my life! Yes, I cheated on the plan occasionally, we are all human!
But…
I talked myself into not giving up and not let the extra pounds I gained or the cheat meals I had ruin what I was working towards! I just pushed harder to my goal and kicked butt the next day!
Also here is another tip
FOLLOW YOUR NUTRITION PLAN because without it you’re not going to get the results you’re wanting. Plain & simple.
Ok… one more tip
DRINK PLENTY OF WATER!!!
Ok…. Just one more tip
Next time you pick up something that’s bad for you to eat, stop, look at it & say no! Then ask yourself, does this line up with my goal? If you don’t have a
goal, get one and become determined to reach it.”
Back to my commentary…
Start with the last tip.
Set a goal and let me help you achieve it.
