The Science to Success

Whenever you understand the science of human achievement and you look at someone’s results you can make some accurate assumptions.

First let me go back to that last statement the science of human achievement.

There is a science to success.

Science means systematic organized knowledge.

But I’m not going to recite the periodic table for you right now, nor am I going to break down the way your body uses nutrients to build and repair the tissues of your body.

I’m going to talk about the science of consistency. When you consistently make more choices that are in line with your goals than that are out of line with your goals. Your results will prove it.

Ryan wasn’t perfect in fact sometimes when I was training him this far from perfect! But I didn’t mind that because he was honest, he took responsibility.

Only when you take responsibility do you gain the ability to change your situation.

Nothing in your life is permanent if you don’t want it to be. That means you don’t have to be overweight, or broke or even sick. If the results you are currently experiencing are not results you like, I have good news! You can change them!

My favorite thing about Ryan was not his great physique, it wasn’t even his extreme self-discipline or his ability to lift heavy objects! Lol

It was the fact That he understood that the best workout and meal plan in the world Wouldn’t work unless he did!

He took responsibility! Look what kind of results responsibility gave him!

Ryan is Strange, He isn’t normal! You can tell that from his transformation!
