Ingredients

150g lean ground beef (around 90% lean)
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 whole wheat hamburger bun (low calorie)
Lettuce, tomato, and onion slices (optional)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain, non-fat)
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
A pinch of salt
Herbs of your choice (e.g., dill, parsley)

Instructions

Burger:

Preheat Grill: Preheat your grill or pan on medium-high heat.
Season Beef: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and form it into a patty.
