Creatine Monohydrate

Description

Creatine is the most researched supplement in sports nutrition and the hardest one to sell, because there is no story to tell about it. It is one compound, it has decades of evidence behind it, and it works whether or not anyone markets it to you.

5,000mg of pure creatine monohydrate per scoop. One ingredient. Fifty servings. Nothing else in the tub.

What Makes This Creatine Different

One ingredient. Creatine monohydrate. That is the entire supplement facts panel — a single line. There is no blend, no matrix, and nothing bulking out the scoop.

Monohydrate, not a fancier form. HCl, buffered and liquid versions all cost more. Monohydrate is the form nearly every study used, which is the only reason to care about a form at all.

Unflavored. It goes into water, juice, coffee, a protein shake, or whatever you are already drinking. No flavour to get sick of forty days in.

A full 5g dose. One scoop is the amount used in the research, not a token 2g so the tub lasts longer on a shelf.

Who It's For

Anyone lifting who has their training and their eating handled and wants the one supplement with genuine evidence behind it. Creatine supports muscular strength and lean body mass in people who train.*

It is not a stimulant and you will not feel it working. That is not a flaw. Take it daily, keep training, and judge it after eight weeks rather than after one.

Suggested Use

One scoop (5g) in 8 oz of water or juice. Daily, including rest days — creatine works by saturation, so consistency matters more than timing.

From the label: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) scoop in eight (8) oz (237ml) of water or juice, four (4) times daily during the first five (5) days (loading phase). After loading phase take one (1) or two (2) times daily or, as directed by a health care professional.

The loading phase is optional. It saturates your muscles faster, but taking one scoop a day gets you to the same place in about three to four weeks. Loading will use twenty of your fifty servings in the first five days.

What To Avoid

Caution: Do not exceed recommended dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, and individuals with a known medical condition should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement.

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

Creatine draws water into muscle tissue, so drink more water than usual while taking it. If you have any kidney condition, speak to your doctor before starting.
