Brittany’s Favorite Recipe
The Protein Power Waffle
Ingredients
1 teaspoons Baking Powder
4 fl oz 100% Egg Whites
1 scoop 1st Phorm Level-1 (assorted Flavors)
118 grams 1 Banana
Instructions
Use PHORMULA-1 Vanilla Milkshake or something similar as your protein powder
Smash banana add egg whites and all other ingredients whisk well.
Preheat waffle iron until on medium heat.
Spray iron with non stick spray (this is important)
pour half the mix on waffle iron cook for 4-5 minutes depending on waffle iron.
Repeat
This makes two waffles.
