The POWER of DETERMINATION.

I have two older biological sisters, Christina is not one of them, but she acts like she is.  She is mean like a sister, anytime we talk she reminds me of how stupid she thinks I am.  That always gives me a warm feeling inside.  To be honest I wish she was joking, but most of the time it is only half of a joke.

Her words don’t bother me because my skin is thicker than a rhinoceros.  Also she has always secretly believed in me, believed in my nutritional, and training philosophies, and my supplemental advice.  I know this because I was her trainer of choice most of her adult life.   I could go on and on and on and on and on about me but I am going to stop and talk about Christina.

When I think about Christina I think one word Determination.  She never quits, she always has a clear cut goal and she will do anything to achieve that goal.    If she isn’t striving for a goal she is miserable, if you happen to be around her during this time I would recommend you to steer clear of her.  Unless you are going to be a voice of encouragement.  She does love proving people wrong and she is driven sometimes by haters…. Which I don’t agree with because the fuel that comes from proving your haters wrong is only temporary, but it does work. Ultimately her drive comes from what she wants, proving people wrong is just icing on her cake.

When Christina knows what she wants she becomes determined to get it, then she becomes persistent which is a lasting consistent, seemingly endless, relentless pursuit where she remains unshakable, tirelessly taking all the actions that she believes will get her to her goal.

So far it’s worked.

RESULTS DON’T LIE.

If you want half of what she has I would probably consider developing those two characteristics.
