I make my clients specific meal plans with FOODS they like, because let’s face it if you don’t like it, you’re not going to eat it. All my clients LOVE their food… it’s not chicken and broccoli every day. Everyone knows you won’t get fat eating chicken and broccoli! You gain weight when you start adding food you like! I don’t have that problem. I know how to stay fit and eat what I like. I want you to learn how to do the same thing.
